QHHT
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), created by Dolores Cannon, is a powerful process for healing and insight. As a certified practitioner, I’ll guide you through this journey.
In the first half, we explore past lives to uncover relevant healing. In the second, we connect directly with your Subconscious—the part of you that holds all the answers. Energy healing naturally occurs, leaving you with clarity, purpose, and the wisdom you seek.
Sessions (4–6 hours) include a pre-talk, regression, and post-talk.

ARH
Alternate Reality Hypnosis (ARH) is an immersive hypnosis session, where you will journey into a parallel reality. An alternate version of your life shaped by different choices and circumstances. As you enter deep relaxation, you’ll explore untapped talents, hidden wisdom, and extraordinary abilities that exist within you.
Guided by your higher self, you’ll gain insights into these alternate gifts and learn how to integrate them into your current life, enhancing your personal and professional growth with clarity and purpose.
Sessions (3–4 hours) include introduction, hypnosis, and post-talk.

Spiritual Life Coaching
Spiritual coaching is a sacred partnership where we explore your inner world to uncover the answers that already live within you. I’m not here to tell you what to do I’m here to guide, support, and hold space as you remember who you truly are. Together, we’ll work through: Healing past traumas and outdated belief systems. Reconnecting with your soul’s purpose.
Cultivating self-trust and inner clarity. Creating accountability and momentum toward your goals. Integrating spiritual tools and practices to support your journey

Vibrational Healing
Vibrational healing is a holistic approach that uses the natural frequencies of energy to restore balance and well-being in the body, mind, and spirit. It operates on the principle that everything in the universe, including our bodies, emits a vibrational frequency. When this frequency is disrupted—due to stress, trauma, or illness—vibrational healing techniques help realign and harmonize the body's energy.he goal is to raise one’s vibrational state, promoting deep relaxation, emotional release, and physical healing.

I also offer vibrational healing to restore energetic balance and support the body and mind in harmonizing with the soul’s highest frequency.
